All sales are final. Unless a product arrives damaged or we have sent you the wrong product by accident, we cannot honor returns or exchanges. If your planner arrives damaged, please contact us within one week of arrival date and include a picture of your damage and we will happily replace it for you. We do not refund shipping.
Shipping & Shipping Issues
We ship all orders within 7 business days, but usually sooner. We do not charge a handling fee. Our small team tries to process all orders as soon as they come in— speedily and efficiently! No orders can be changed or canceled once they are received. Please make sure you’ve given us the right info before pressing that purchase button! We ship all orders through USPS and all orders come with a tracking number sent through email. Please track your package and If you do not receive your package, please let us know within 14 days and we will gladly help you track your order. If you contact us later than 14 days, we may not be able to locate your package. The fastest way to locate an undelivered package is to call your local USPS office with your tracking number as they will have more information for you. Sadly, we cannot not ship internationally at this time but we look forward to the day when our planners travel all over the world!
